Cheryl Good

 



Cheryl Good is the Principal and Managing Consultant for Performance Solutions. She is dedicated to delivering consistent, leading edge, and customer-focused consulting services. In addition, her primary accountabilities include business development and client support, managing, developing and providing strategic guidance and support to a high performing team of excellent executive coaches & consultants.

With 20+ years experience in Organizational Effectiveness Consulting, Cheryl has engaged organizations throughout North America within the high tech, finance, banking, health care, manufacturing, insurance, hospitality, retail, not-for-profit, government and professional services fields to embrace change in order to achieve top performance.

Earning a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University, Cheryl is a lead workforce solutions consultant. She has developed, managed and lead her own consulting practice, Performance Solutions, for the past ten years.

While working in industry as an organizational development professional, Cheryl spearheaded important workforce initiatives including executive development, coaching, building high performance teams and training programs to support and equip organizations with the resources for a strategic advantage. She developed a unique and pragmatic approach to team building and conflict management, which allowed teams and individuals to be self-directed.

Cheryl works to gain and in-depth understanding of critical business needs inside an organization and then develops an approach designed to ensure that business goals will be successfully realized when the power of employee commitment is harnessed. She’s worked directly with CEO’s, Business Owners, Presidents and Executive Teams coaching them towards strategically determining a future for their organization that is designed to increase performance, productivity and profitability.

Cheryl specializes in developing high performance, leadership-driven cultures that produce self-directed, innovative and highly efficient teams, which in turn, deliver solutions for organizational needs. Cheryl believes developmental change is most effective when it starts from the top down and spreads from the inside out. Cheryl believes leadership must be involved within the change process at all levels, driving organizational effectiveness that will be out in front of market change.

Jerry Toomer

 



Jerry works closely with key leaders to design effective strategies that clearly link individual and team effectiveness to total organizational performance.

For nearly 30 years as Human Resources Executive, Educator, and Psychologist, Dr. Toomer has effectively worked with a wide range of individuals and work groups to achieve their professional and personal goals in complex organizations. This includes substantial experience in leading large Human Resources functional organizations as they worked effectively as strategic business partners and adopted ‘best practice’ technologies.

For over 25 years, Jerry worked at The Dow Chemical Company and Dow AgroSciences, where he held numerous leadership positions in Human Resources, both in the US and Asia (Hong Kong). As a trusted advisor & coach to executive leadership, Jerry demonstrated an innate understanding of key business, marketing, and shareholder value drivers and positioned the Human Resources function as a key strategic partner in total organization performance. Prior to joining Dow, Jerry served as Senior Psychologist and Assistant Professor at The American University, Washington, D.C.

Most notably, he was a key member of Dow executive management teams that have successfully completed several corporate mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and global diversification initiatives. His effective blend of teaching experience, consulting skills and highly successful corporate work experience has provided sound, fundamental change in a number of business units.

His expertise has more recently been leveraged with a diverse cross-section of organizations, including Edy’s Ice Cream, Harley – Davidson, Trustee Leadership Development, Gowan Companies, SYM Financial, and the College of Business at Butler University where he serves as an Executive Partner and Adjunct Professor.

Elaine Palladino

 

Elaine Palladino has nearly 30 years experience in organizational development, curriculum design, and facilitation in the private and public sectors. She has held corporate leadership positions with the Dayton / Hudson Corporation, Federated Department Stores and Bloomingdales.  

For the last 20 years she has consulted globally with a broad spectrum of clients such as Dow Chemical, Honda, Eli Lilly, PepsiCo, Kimberly Clark, Abbott Labs, and General Mills. She specializes in the areas of team building, leadership development, organizational change and interpersonal effectiveness.  

Elaine holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and is a passionate life long learner.

Harry Safstrom

 

Harry Safstrom is a practical strategist, facilitator, trainer and coach known for his energy, interpersonal / listening skills and the ability to facilitate and develop creative solutions to business and personal challenges at all levels of organizations.

Harry's business experience includes over 30 years with The Dow Chemical Company where he held numerous leadership positions in logistics, sales, quality and human resources, working globally. Harry has been consulting for a wide range of clients since 2000. His area of specialty is strategic planning / alignment, organizational culture and facilitating solutions out of chaos.

Harry holds a degree in Economics from the University of Denver and has served on industry steering teams for executive education at three universities.

Harry is happily married, has two daughters and, in his spare time, volunteers with the Winter Park Mountain Host program and the Rio Grande Ski Train.
